Un Techo para mi País El Salvador’s Fundraising Campaign exceeds all expectations

UTPMP ES, along Telecorporación Salvadoreña (TCS) exceeded the goal of 150 transitional houses as part of the campaign “No stopping allowed, they need a home this Christmas!”  The campaign took place between November 25th and December 2nd and seeked fundraising for the affected families by Hurrican Ida. The closure event gathered hundreds of volunteers, journalists, tv hosts and TCS directors for the final countdown.

Thanks to the donations of several committed companies as well as individuals, 218 houses will be built for families affected by hurricane Ida in Cantón Melara, La Libertad.  TEXACO is one of the main sponsors of this campaign which contributed with 120,000 USD, representing 80 transitional houses.
