UTPMP Costa Rica was born in 2006 with a clear goal: to change the fact that 16% of Costa Ricans live below the poverty line. We seek to involve all sectors of society by working together with families, volunteers, companies, government and the media; we are confident that through this collective work we will be able to achieve our goal.
